How are air ducts cleaned?

First we connect a very powerful vacuum machine to the ductwork in your home or business.  This literally sucks all of the debris out of your home or business!

Next, 175 P.S.I. air powered "whips" are inserted into the ductwork to loosen the debris so it can be removed easily by the vacuum.

Finally, we install patches and plugs into the access holes.

How are air ducts sanitized?

When the duct cleaning operation is complete, we turn your furnace blower on and a "fogger" device is used to introduce an EPA certified sanitizing agent into the ductwork.

This kills all bacteria and micro-organisms living in the ductwork and helps prevent the future growth of bacteria or mold.  The sanitizing process is safe for people and pets.  The sanitizing solution has a peppermint scent that usually fades in about an hour.
