Cast Iron Sections with Elastomer Sealing Rings
Boiler sections are made of durable cast iron for strength, efficiency and long life. It's not uncommon for a Weil-McLain boiler to last 35 years or more.

Modern elastomer sealing rings in the port openings assure a PERMANENT water-tight seal. The flexibility and elastic memory of these seals prevent leaking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Control Module
All Weil-McLain boilers utilize a high quality control module. The control module responds to signals from the room thermostat and boiler limit control to operate the boiler circulator, pilot burner, gas valve and vent damper. The module controls all ignition, operating and safety-related functions.

Stainless Steel Burners
These burners require no adjustment and are designed to provide exceptional flame stability with natural gas or propane for quieter operation, longer life and improved combustion.

Convenient Servicing
The front door removes easily allowing access to the burners and controls for easy cleaning and servicing.

Weil-McClain Automatic Vent Damper Automatic Vent Damper
A tested and approved automatic vent damper is furnished as standard equipment on most models. The damper prevents heat from escaping up the chimney to increase efficiency and save fuel when the boiler is not operating.
